　　本學期我新任高二（3）、高二（8）兩個班的語文課，這兩個班都是理科班，3班是實驗班，教學內(nèi)容教學方法都要精心設計，增加了教學難度，感覺壓力比較大。在自己的辛勤努力下，我還是順利地完成了本學期的教學工作。回顧這一學期，既忙碌，又充實，有許多值得總結(jié)和反思的地方。現(xiàn)將本學年的工作小結(jié)如下：

　　一、加強學習，不斷提高思想業(yè)務素質(zhì)

　　“學海無涯，教無止境”，只有不斷充電，才能維持教學的青春和活力。所以，一直以來我都非常重視專業(yè)知識及教育教學理論的學習。我認真學習新課標，我還利用書籍、網(wǎng)絡認真學習相關(guān)的語文教育文章，也較多地關(guān)注各地語文名師如王棟生、王大績、王土榮、余映潮、嚴華銀他們的教育實踐，了解他們的心得，為自己更好地開展語文教學提供參考。我還通過參加教科培組織的教研活動、外出聽課、組織本校語文教師開展教研活動等，使自己不斷進步，充實了自己，為更好的教學實踐作好了準備。

　　二、求實創(chuàng)新，認真開展教學、教研工作

　　教育教學是我們教師工作的首要任務。本學期，我立足“用活新教材，實踐新理念”，力求讓我的語文教學更具特色；立足于自己一直堅持的細讀文章、尋找文章最有特色的部分作為教學重點這個做法；以及立足于生本教育理念之上的師生共同成長觀，探索適合高中語文教育實際的教學模式，更好地體現(xiàn)素質(zhì)教育的要求，提高語文教學質(zhì)量。

　　我任教高二年級兩個班的語文課，堅持課前獨立研讀課文，多次閱讀思索，盡可能把文章的語言、思想、技法等方方面面的'內(nèi)容都弄熟，再精心設計教案，并結(jié)合所教班級的實際，處理好教學重難點，上好每一堂課。尤其這學期開講的選修《詩歌散文鑒賞》，很多文章是新進入高中課本的，也沒有教師用書，完全靠自己解讀課文之后自主處理教材選擇教法，挑戰(zhàn)不小。我非常用心地對待這本教材，一篇文章常常是讀了又讀，想了又想，之后才選用一定的教法。這樣做雖然很累，卻也頗有趣味，課堂上也能講出一點屬于自己見解的東西來。

　　高二意味著與高三的銜接，我關(guān)注今年的高考信息，從歷年高考題、今年各地模擬題及其他高考信息中了解高考動向，對考題的能力要求、考點分布、答題方式等作較深入的思考。

　　至于其他教學常規(guī)，我基本上做到當堂內(nèi)容當堂完成，每節(jié)課后都有一點小作業(yè)，作業(yè)難度適中，量控制在10—15分鐘內(nèi)，我反對與當堂課內(nèi)容脫節(jié)的作業(yè)，尤其反對超過30分鐘才能完成的作業(yè)。另外，授課后根據(jù)得失，及時反思調(diào)整。

　　三、充分利用網(wǎng)絡資源服務教學

　　我充分利用網(wǎng)絡，服務于教學教研工作中。很多與課文有關(guān)的資料都可以通過搜索引擎找到，但海量的信息卻要求作為語文教師的我要更加精心地閱讀篩選，很耗費精力時間。因為這些內(nèi)容的側(cè)重點與教學目標常有很大的差距，不能照搬，否則就可能增加學生的負擔甚至產(chǎn)生理解上的混亂。更何況網(wǎng)上信息也是有好有壞，有的則是既有金子又有沙礫，老師要有思考能挑選才行。我常常是把很多相關(guān)資料下載之后仔細閱讀，挑選組合，再用到課堂上。在這個信息時代，網(wǎng)上資料的搜集與運用，也是一個老師提升教育能力的重要途徑。

　　四、工作中存在的不足

　　反思本學年來的工作，不足之處如下：

　　1、對新課程標準的學習體會還不夠深入系統(tǒng)，基本理念弄懂了，方向也清楚了，如何體現(xiàn)在具體的教學操作上，還是很惶惑，所以很多時候積習所牽，不知不覺就采用老師主講學生聽講的方法，如何安排好教學活動讓學生動起來，真正成為學習的主人，對我來說還是個大問題。

　　2、教學反思雖有，卻大多停留在思索的層面上，少有形成文字凝固起來。這樣的反思，隨意性大，飄忽不定，過后即忘，對接下來的教學調(diào)整缺乏牢靠有力的支撐。

　　3、教研方面，研讀了一些教研方面的書籍網(wǎng)文，但在教學實踐中的應用還不到位，尤其在培養(yǎng)語文學習興趣方面，沒達到自己心中的目標。

　　今后的教學中，我將繼續(xù)用心，做到心中有課標、心中有教材、心中有學生，為學生語文能力的提高盡力。
