程序：（1）有組團(tuán)社將游客詳細(xì)無誤的有關(guān)資料（姓名、性別、出生年月、出生地護(hù)照簽發(fā)地和簽發(fā)時(shí)間）列一個(gè)表格，先傳到新加坡的地方接待社。2）再有新加波地方接待社為每人填寫一張新加坡移民局的簽證申請(qǐng)表，并加蓋地方接待社的公章后，將申請(qǐng)表格及擔(dān)保書（含擔(dān)保金）交新加坡移民局。3）新加坡移民局按上述表格，另打一張以旅游者的姓名的英文名拼音26個(gè)字母順序排列的正式簽證表，打上準(zhǔn)入境的簽證標(biāo)示或準(zhǔn)入境的章，存放在新加坡的移民局的機(jī)場(chǎng)窗口。4）待旅游團(tuán)抵達(dá)后，由領(lǐng)隊(duì)出示護(hù)照及團(tuán)隊(duì)名單后即可領(lǐng)取新加坡移民局簽發(fā)的一張全團(tuán)簽證。（新加坡簽證的有效期21天，在14天內(nèi)可多次入境）。
7、 中國(guó)出入境的操作流程及各環(huán)節(jié)注意事項(xiàng)。

11、領(lǐng)隊(duì)在境外安排住宿時(shí)應(yīng)掌握哪里工作要點(diǎn)？
1） 盡快辦理房間登記手續(xù)，記住每位團(tuán)員的房間號(hào)，分房間鑰匙。了解飯店的內(nèi)部設(shè)施（如電梯、餐廳、郵筒地、地下街等）的位置，并告訴團(tuán)員。2）分鑰匙前宣布領(lǐng)隊(duì)、導(dǎo)游房號(hào)以及房間電話號(hào)碼，告訴集合時(shí)間和叫早、早餐、出發(fā)時(shí)間。3）進(jìn)房間后，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)客人應(yīng)親自巡視或者電話詢問房間情況，協(xié)助解決有關(guān)問題，如有無飲用熱水，潔具等。

(2) 全世界大多數(shù)國(guó)家和地區(qū)均遵守右側(cè)通行的規(guī)則，但在中國(guó)香港、澳門地區(qū)和日本、英國(guó)以及東南亞等一些國(guó)家是左側(cè)通行，與中國(guó)內(nèi)地右側(cè)通行恰恰相反。所以，旅游者必須在短時(shí)間內(nèi)改變習(xí)慣，穿越馬路時(shí)先向右看。
