　　Now i will introduce myself briefly I am 23 years old,born in shenzhen .

　　I was graduated from shenzhen university. my major is electronic.and i will got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.

　　I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

　　In July 20xx, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in shenzhen city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

　　這是我第一次經歷社會實踐。對于一個大學生生而言的，敢于接受挑戰(zhàn)是一種基本的素質。雖天氣嚴寒，寒風呼嘯，我毅然踏上了社會實踐的道路。想通過親身體驗社會實踐讓自己更進一步了解社會，在實踐中增長見識，鍛煉自己的才干，培養(yǎng)自己的韌性，想通過社會實踐，找出自己的不足和差距所在。

　　在現今社會，就業(yè)問題就似乎總是圍繞在我們的身邊，成了說不完的話題。招聘會上的大字報都總寫著“有經驗者優(yōu)先”，可還在校園里面的我們這班學子社會經驗又會擁有多少呢?為了拓展自身的知識面，擴大與社會的接觸面，增加個人在社會競爭中的經驗，鍛煉和提高自己的能力，以便在以后畢業(yè)后能真正真正走入社會，能夠適應國內外的經濟形勢的變化，并且能夠在生活和工作中很好的地處理各方面的問題，開始了我這個假期的社會實踐。實踐，就是把我們在學校所學的理論知識，運用到客觀實際中去，使自己所學的理論知識有用武之地。只學不實踐，那么所學的就等于零。理論應該與實踐相結合。另一方面，實踐可為以后找工作打基礎。通過這段時間的實習，學到一些在學校里學不到的東西。因為環(huán)境的不同，接觸的人與事不同，從中所學的東西自然就不一樣了。要學會從實踐中學習，從學習中實踐。

　　正所謂“不以規(guī)矩不能成方圓”。超市作為一個經營單位，自然有自己的規(guī)矩。例如不許篡位，不許隨意換崗，不許隨意閑逸聊天等等。像我，是負責在食品區(qū)的巧克力區(qū)站崗的，就不能跑去生活用品區(qū)，更不能與同崗位的同事無視客人而侃侃而談。在超市工作，必須有一個嚴謹的心與一份嚴謹的態(tài)度。首先，這就表現在嚴格固定的上班時間。我的上班時間是早上8點到中午12點半，晚上是7點到10點半。超市服務員的工作看似簡簡單單地站站就可以了，但是，只有真正從事這份工作后才知其艱辛。早上必須一早起床，睡眼惺忪地就要開始到達上班地點站崗了，而且一站就是幾個小時，這樣一天站下來，腳都有點顫抖了，發(fā)軟了。唯一休息的時間，也就是上廁所的時間。而且，作為一個合格的超市服務員，不能只是呆呆地站著，還必須適當的補貨。貨架上的貨物被顧客買走了，貨架就有空位置了，這是，我們就得從倉庫把同樣的產品拿來補到原來的位子上去。如果超市的顧客很多的話，不能只顧著補貨，要看著點的`，防止小偷的偷竊行為。當然，不是每時每刻都有貨上的。有時，貨架上的貨物都補齊了，人就比較閑，但是這個閑不能表現出來，必須找別的事情做的。超市是不允許養(yǎng)一個懶惰的員工的。所以，這個時候還得負責所在位置的清潔工作，要貨架與食物看起來時刻都那么地光鮮亮麗，這樣客人才有購買欲。除此之外，員工還必須掌握所負責區(qū)域的相關知識。比如我負責的是巧克力區(qū)，那么我就必須掌握巧克力的相關知識，包括熱量，價格，味道等等。顧客就是上帝，當顧客問到相關問題時，我們就能答得上話，盡忠盡職了。

　　作為一個大學生，通過寒假打工我認識到這是其參加社會實踐活動的形式之一，也是勤工儉學的有效途徑;大學生打工是發(fā)展教育的需要，也是學生自身發(fā)展的需要的;而且大學生打工也可以增強自身競爭力。從學校教育的角度來看，大學生打工，可以在一定程度上彌補我國現行大學教育體系中書本知識與社會實踐嚴重脫節(jié)的缺陷，提高大學生的社會實踐能力，增加大學生的社會經驗，訓練大學生的實際社交能力和自我保護能力。
