　　5、你的職業(yè)生涯是如何設(shè)計(jì)的？對(duì)這個(gè)問題，我們主要考察的是應(yīng)聘者的穩(wěn)定性問題，我們也不想招一個(gè)員工，不到三個(gè)月或者半年就跳槽，這樣對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展是很不利的。有的人會(huì)說，我現(xiàn)在沒有工作，想找個(gè)臨時(shí)工作先做，以后再說；有的會(huì)說，我剛出來，沒有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，等我一年下來，我可以找到更好的單位；還有的會(huì)說。這樣的說法都是不可取的，我們不喜歡頻頻跳槽的員工，不喜歡不安分工作的員工。你要表明來公司的目的是為了學(xué)技術(shù)、積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)、以便將來更好的為企業(yè)的發(fā)展作貢獻(xiàn)

　　7、你能否接受加班？這是在考察你的“工作熱忱”度而問的。作為年輕人，應(yīng)該表現(xiàn)出對(duì)工作的極度重視和高度的工作熱忱。當(dāng)然無理的加班不一定就是好的，最好回答“如果是在自己責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)，也不能算是加班”之類的話。
