首先，非常感謝很多家長(zhǎng)對(duì)我工作的支持，有時(shí)周末把那些沒有完成背書任務(wù)的同學(xué)留下，他們的家長(zhǎng)再忙也毫無(wú)怨言的一起陪同完成任務(wù)。有時(shí)作業(yè)完成不了電話通知家長(zhǎng)，家長(zhǎng)能夠非常理解老師的良苦用心而來(lái)說(shuō)教自己的孩子等等。真的，我們老師有了你們的支持，哪怕一句肯定的話語(yǔ)，都會(huì)讓我們老師的心里很暖和，也會(huì)讓我們?cè)诮逃⒆拥墓ぷ髂軌蚋禹樌倪M(jìn)行。所以再次感謝你們對(duì)我工作的支持。在坐的很多同學(xué)的家長(zhǎng)對(duì)我并不陌生，經(jīng)過五年級(jí)一年的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)很多同學(xué)的程度都相對(duì)比較熟悉，看到六年級(jí)又有部分同學(xué)的成績(jī)有所提高，心里甚是高興，說(shuō)明家長(zhǎng)，學(xué)生自己，及老師各方的努力沒有白費(fèi)。
經(jīng)過兩個(gè)多月的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生與學(xué)生之間也產(chǎn)生了一定的差距。一些學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣濃，學(xué)習(xí)盡頭足，課堂上積極思考，踴躍發(fā)言，課后及時(shí)鞏固，形成了良性的循環(huán)的好勢(shì)頭。我在此為他們感到欣慰。其實(shí)還有部分學(xué)生處于中間層次，老師所教的，所布置的作業(yè)能夠基本完成，但學(xué)習(xí)的效率有因人而異，存在著個(gè)體差別。盡管他們平時(shí)不需要老師操太多的心，費(fèi)太大的力，但是我更希望你們能夠再上一個(gè)太階。
當(dāng)然，作為直接的知識(shí)傳授者，老師有著不可推卸的責(zé)任。在此我只是真誠(chéng)的呼吁我們的家長(zhǎng)配合學(xué)校，配合老師，讓我們共同努力來(lái)幫助孩子學(xué)好英語(yǔ)。用一句時(shí)髦的話說(shuō)：我們要和孩子共同成長(zhǎng)，那么重視良好的.學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)是幫助孩子進(jìn)步的一個(gè)好方法。
在此我給家長(zhǎng)的一些建議；
一、每大周回家時(shí)，讓孩子大聲讀讀課文給家長(zhǎng)聽，我們要鼓勵(lì)孩子大聲的朗讀課文。
二、請(qǐng)大家在家里督促孩子保質(zhì)保量的完成英語(yǔ)作業(yè)。養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，不要總是到學(xué)校老師檢查過了，再去補(bǔ)作業(yè)，這樣你就比其他學(xué)生慢一步，那么一步慢你就會(huì)步步慢，結(jié)果你就會(huì)陷入總是在追趕別人的惡性循環(huán)中。所以在家中父母親的良好榜樣起著很大的作用。孩子一般自控力都相對(duì)較差，這時(shí)父母親對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度，特別是行為，會(huì)極大的影響孩子，千萬(wàn)不能縱容自己的孩子說(shuō)不會(huì)，就任由他去，你讓孩子知道：今天，你花大時(shí)間去養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懶一會(huì)，你明天的作業(yè)就會(huì)更多。累計(jì)下來(lái)，你就是欠債最多的人。孩子是每個(gè)家庭的重心和希望，有一位家長(zhǎng)說(shuō)過“要把培養(yǎng)孩子當(dāng)作自己的事業(yè)來(lái)做”是啊，只要你多投入一點(diǎn)，相信你的孩子會(huì)給予你更多的回報(bào)！謝謝大家！
